Hey there we are Deepika and Vicky, two friends with a shared love for travel, adventure and experiencing the little moments that make every trip memorable and unforgettable.

We didn’t start this blog to be picture perfect or more polished.

We started it because travel to us is so much more than just ticking off the places from the map.

It is fully about chatting with the locals around that place, getting lost in quiet streets, laughing at wrong turns and also finding beauty where we expect least.

Over the years, we have taken a mix of both the planned and last minute trips. Each one leaves us with stories, lessons and memories we just had to write down.

That’s how this blog was born. It’s our travel journal, open to you.

Why We Started This Blog

When we began travelling, we searched for a lot of websites that did not feel real.

A lot of websites looked perfect, but according to us, travel isn’t always perfect.

So we made a promise to create a blog where real travel stories are told.

We share the good and the not-so-good, the hidden gems, the must-know tips, and helpful guides based on what we’ve learned. If you're planning a trip or just love reading about travel, you're in the right place.

How We Travel

We like to keep things simple when we travel. For us, it’s all about making smart choices, spending wisely, and really connecting with the places we visit.

Most of the time, we travel on a budget but we’re not afraid to treat ourselves now and then if something feels truly special.

We love slow travel staying in one place a little longer so we can soak in the atmosphere, meet local people, and find spots that most tourists miss.

You won’t find us chasing luxury. We prefer real experiences over fancy hotels. Give us a cozy guesthouse, a quiet alleyway, and a plate of street food any day.

We honestly believe you don’t need to be rich to have unforgettable adventures. With an open mind and a little curiosity, every trip can become a great story.

Deepika – The Explorer

Loves going with the flow, walking through new neighborhoods, and discovering the best views. Always up for a road trip, beach sunset, or unplanned adventure.
