Okay let’s talk about the Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites! If you’re searching for a place that’s comfy, cool and makes you feel welcome, this hotel totally hits the spot. As soon as I walked in I felt kind of happy and relaxed—like this was somewhere I could really chill out after a long day of adventures.

Overview and Location

Avani+ Palm View is in a perfect spot right on the edge of Dubai Media City. That means you’re super close to lots of the fun stuff in Dubai! The famous Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina and the lively JBR Beach are just minutes away. It even took me only about 25 minutes to get there from the airport which is really nice when you’re tired from traveling. Getting around is easy because the tram and Palm Monorail are close by so you can see the coolest places without any stress. I loved walking to JBR’s shops and cafes after breakfast!

Rooms and Suites

Here’s what I loved: the hotel isn’t just a regular hotel. There are 247 rooms and suites and they all feel super modern and cozy like someone actually thought about real people living here not just tourists. I was surprised by the huge beds and soft pillows and those big windows? The views are awesome—sometimes the city, sometimes the shining blue sea and sometimes the Palm itself.

Every room has its own kitchen with a fridge, oven and even a washing machine! For families like mine or people who want to stay a week or two this is a life-saver. I even found soft towels and extra robes in the bathroom which made me feel kind of spoiled. Some rooms even have balconies. If you’re coming with lots of family you can get rooms that connect together. Plus there’s fast Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV and air conditioning so you can watch your favorite shows or just cool off after a day in the sun.

Amenities and Facilities

Let’s be honest—what’s a vacation without fun things to do in your hotel? Avani+ Palm View has a big infinity pool with an amazing view (I almost didn’t want to leave!) and there’s a smaller pool just for kids. If you love to stay active the gym is open 24/7 and it actually has everything—cardio machines, weights, a sauna and even trainers if you want help. When I was tired I tried a relaxing massage at the spa and honestly it melted my stress away.

If you have little ones they’ll love the kids’ club. They look so happy playing while parents get a break. For business folks there’s meeting space and really speedy Wi-Fi so you can work without worry. Oh and parking is free with valet service which was a nice surprise!

Dining Experience

I’m a big fan of good food and this hotel doesn’t disappoint. At Seven Seeds the breakfast buffet was huge with so many different foods to try—Indian, Italian, classic eggs and toast, you name it. La Sirene is perfect if you’re in the mood for Lebanese flavors and The Pantry has great snacks and coffee. Out by the pool AQUA serves drinks and light bites (my personal favorite after swimming!) and if you’re feeling lazy just order room service—it’s quick and so easy.

If you want to try other foods there are a bunch of restaurants just a short walk away. You’ll never go hungry here for sure!

Who Should Stay Here?

This hotel is awesome for families because there’s so much space, full kitchens and fun things for kids. It also works great for business people who need a comfy home while working in the city. If you’re planning a longer stay—maybe work or study—you’ll feel pretty much at home here with the laundry and kitchen. Friends and couples will also like it since everything (beaches, shopping and fun nights out!) is close by.

But… if you want a fancy boutique hotel or to step outside onto the sand this might not be your thing. It’s more about comfort and fun than super fancy luxury.

My Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for a friendly place right where all the action is I think Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel & Suites is a fantastic choice. It’s modern, super clean, the staff make you feel welcome and you get peace and quiet after you explore all day. For a relaxing, happy trip to Dubai where everything is easy this hotel honestly made my holiday better.
